What is a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an Advanced Training for teachers who have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training at any RYS®. Teachers who complete this training become eligible for the Yoga Alliance RYT-500® designation. think of the 200 hour training as a Bachelor’s degree, and the 300 hour as your Yoga Master’s Degree!
Dancing Dogs Yoga is an accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher Training School. Students who successfully complete our 300 Hour training can register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500.
We are currently offering ongoing enrollment in our 300 Hour Program. Sign up any time and choose new modules every month.
How Does It Work?

The 300-Hour DDY advanced teacher training is designed to elevate and expand your teaching skills, making you a more effective teacher. Each session or module is specialized and covers many varied aspects of asana, pranayama, meditation. and philosophy. Modules are offered every 12-18 months.
We offer live modules in the studio, at partner studios, and abroad. We also offer some evergreen modules in an online format. Yoga Alliance allows some continuing education credits to be completed online. Please contact YA with specific questions about your status.
Your investment of $4500 includes all modules except for retreats. Payment plans are available. Save $500 when paid in full with the code RYT500 or choose from 6, 12 and 18 month payment plan options.

Sanskrit Lab
Sanskrit doesn't have to be scary. Learn the pose names of most of the poses we teach in a typical Journey Into Power sequence, and understand WHY poses are named the way they are.
